1. Provider
GameChest is provided by Benneth Müller, Benneth Müller Digital Solutions & Education, Borgfelder Str. 16, 20537 Hamburg, Germany, ben@gamechest.games.
2. What GameChest is
GameChest lets you save video games you discover into a private collection, shown as a pixel room you can walk
through. GameChest does not sell games. The in-app game shop is a place to start searching; nothing in it is for sale.
Game titles and cover images come from third-party catalogs and belong to their respective owners.
3. Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use GameChest. If you are under 16, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → gear icon → Account & legal → Delete account.
4. Free core
Saving, finishing, rating and sharing games are free and not limited in number.
5. GameChest Plus subscription
- GameChest Plus is optional and unlocks cosmetic content only: additional companions, Memory Card styles and room
decor. It is offered as a monthly and a yearly auto-renewable subscription. Prices are shown in the app and on the
App Store before you buy.
- Purchases are made through your Apple Account. For purchases and use of the subscription,
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies in addition to
these terms.
- Automatic renewal: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The
subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the
current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free week: the yearly plan can start with a free week for new subscribers where offered. If
you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the free week ends, the paid yearly subscription begins
automatically.
- Cancel and manage: in your iPhone settings under your name → Subscriptions, or via
"Manage subscription" in GameChest (Profile → gear icon → GameChest Plus). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays active until
the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
- Restore: Profile → gear icon → GameChest Plus → Restore purchases.
- After Plus ends, a companion you already picked and decor you already placed stay; choosing or placing new Plus
items requires an active subscription.
6. Your content
Your collection, notes and links remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide GameChest to
you. Do not use GameChest for unlawful content. When you share a Memory Card, you decide where it goes.
7. Availability
We work to keep GameChest available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Search results depend on
third-party sources and may be incomplete; please check the details before saving.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms when GameChest changes; the date above shows the current version.
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.

2. Was GameChest ist
Mit GameChest sicherst du Videospiele, die du entdeckst, in einer privaten Sammlung, dargestellt als begehbares
Pixel-Zimmer. GameChest verkauft keine Spiele. Der Spieleladen in der App ist ein Ort, an dem deine Suche beginnt; dort
ist nichts zu kaufen. Spieltitel und Cover stammen aus Katalogen Dritter und gehören den jeweiligen Rechteinhabern.
3. Konto
- Für die Nutzung von GameChest musst du mindestens 13 Jahre alt sein. Wenn du jünger als 16 bist, brauchst du die Zustimmung eines Elternteils oder Erziehungsberechtigten.
- Halte deine Zugangsdaten geheim. Du bist für Aktivitäten in deinem Konto verantwortlich.
- Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen: Profil → Zahnrad → Konto & Recht → Konto löschen.
4. Kostenloser Kern
Spiele speichern, abschließen, bewerten und teilen ist kostenlos und in der Anzahl nicht begrenzt.
5. Abo GameChest Plus
- GameChest Plus ist freiwillig und schaltet nur kosmetische Inhalte frei: weitere Begleiter, Memory-Card-Stile und
Deko fürs Zimmer. Es gibt ein Monats- und ein Jahresabo mit automatischer Verlängerung. Die Preise siehst du vor dem
Kauf in der App und im App Store.
- Käufe laufen über deinen Apple Account. Für Kauf und Nutzung des Abos gilt zusätzlich zu diesen Bedingungen
Apples Standard-Endnutzer-Lizenzvertrag (EULA).
- Automatische Verlängerung: Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung des Kaufs deinem Apple Account
belastet. Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch um denselben Zeitraum, wenn du es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende
des aktuellen Zeitraums kündigst. Die Verlängerung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende des Zeitraums belastet.
- Gratiswoche: Das Jahresabo kann, wo angeboten, für neue Abonnenten mit einer Gratiswoche
beginnen. Kündigst du nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende der Gratiswoche, beginnt automatisch das kostenpflichtige
Jahresabo.
- Kündigen und verwalten: in den iPhone-Einstellungen unter deinem Namen → Abonnements oder über
„Abo verwalten“ in GameChest (Profil → Zahnrad → GameChest Plus). Die Kündigung beendet die nächste Verlängerung; Plus bleibt bis zum
Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums aktiv.
- Erstattungen wickelt Apple nach Apples Bedingungen ab.
- Wiederherstellen: Profil → Zahnrad → GameChest Plus → Käufe wiederherstellen.
- Nach dem Ende von Plus bleiben ein bereits gewählter Begleiter und bereits platzierte Deko erhalten; neue
Plus-Inhalte auswählen oder platzieren geht nur mit aktivem Abo.
6. Deine Inhalte
Deine Sammlung, Notizen und Links bleiben deine. Du erlaubst uns, sie nur zu speichern und zu verarbeiten, um dir
GameChest bereitzustellen. Nutze GameChest nicht für rechtswidrige Inhalte. Wenn du eine Memory Card teilst, entscheidest du,
wohin sie geht.
7. Verfügbarkeit
Wir bemühen uns, GameChest verfügbar zu halten, können aber keinen unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb garantieren.
Suchergebnisse hängen von Quellen Dritter ab und können unvollständig sein; prüfe die Angaben vor dem Speichern.
8. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und begrenzt auf den typischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.
9. Änderungen und Recht
Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen, wenn sich GameChest ändert; das Datum oben zeigt die aktuelle Fassung.
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Bist du Verbraucher, bleiben die zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften deines Wohnsitzlandes unberührt.
