You can also request deletion without the app: email ben@gamechest.games from the address of your account with the subject “Delete my GameChest account”. We delete your account, profile and collection within 30 days and confirm by email. Open GameChest, open the Profile tab, tap the gear icon at the top right (Settings), then Account & legal → Delete account. Type DELETE and confirm. Your profile, your collection, your room and your sign-in account are deleted from our servers right away. This cannot be undone. In the demo the same place offers Delete demo data.
When you delete your account, GameChest asks Apple to revoke its access. If the app tells you this could not be confirmed, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple and remove GameChest there.
Open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → GameChest Plus, or tap Manage subscription in GameChest under Profile → gear icon → GameChest Plus. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Plus stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your GameChest account does not cancel the subscription.
Sign in with the same GameChest account, then go to Profile → gear icon → GameChest Plus → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought Plus with.
The yearly plan can start with one free week for new subscribers where offered. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged to your Apple Account.
Everything that matters: saving, finishing, rating and sharing games stay free and unlimited. A companion you picked and decor you placed during Plus stay with you.
Your account and collection are stored with our hosting provider on servers in the EU (Ireland). The demo keeps everything on your device. Details: Privacy Policy.
There is no export button in the app yet. Write to ben@gamechest.games and we will send you a copy of the data stored for your account.
In Safari or another app, tap Share → GameChest → Save to GameChest. Open GameChest and review the discovery in your inbox. Sign in to let GameChest look up the link; in the demo you can search or enter the game yourself.
Only to read a barcode or the text on a game cover or screenshot. This happens on your device; the picture is not uploaded. You can always type the name instead.

Du kannst die Löschung auch ohne App beantragen: Schreib von der Adresse deines Kontos an ben@gamechest.games mit dem Betreff „GameChest-Konto löschen“. Wir löschen Konto, Profil und Sammlung innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen per E-Mail. Öffne GameChest, wähle den Tab Profil, tippe oben rechts auf das Zahnrad (Einstellungen), dann auf Konto & Recht → Konto löschen. Tippe LÖSCHEN ein und bestätige. Profil, Sammlung, Raum und Anmeldekonto werden sofort von unseren Servern gelöscht. Das lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen. In der Demo findest du an derselben Stelle Demo-Daten löschen.
Beim Löschen bittet GameChest Apple, den Zugriff zu widerrufen. Meldet die App, dass das nicht bestätigt werden konnte, öffne Einstellungen → dein Name → „Mit Apple anmelden“ und entferne GameChest dort.
Öffne auf dem iPhone Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements → GameChest Plus oder tippe in GameChest unter Profil → Zahnrad → GameChest Plus auf Abo verwalten. Kündige mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums. Plus bleibt bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums aktiv. Das Löschen der App oder deines GameChest-Kontos kündigt das Abo nicht.
Melde dich mit demselben GameChest-Konto an und tippe unter Profil → Zahnrad → GameChest Plus auf Käufe wiederherstellen. Nutze denselben Apple Account wie beim Kauf.
Das Jahresabo kann, wo angeboten, für neue Abonnenten mit einer Gratiswoche beginnen. Kündigst du nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor ihrem Ende, beginnt das Jahresabo und wird deinem Apple Account belastet.
Alles Wichtige: Spiele speichern, abschließen, bewerten und teilen bleibt kostenlos und unbegrenzt. Ein während Plus gewählter Begleiter und platzierte Deko bleiben dir erhalten.
Konto und Sammlung liegen bei unserem Hosting-Anbieter auf Servern in der EU (Irland). Die Demo speichert alles auf deinem Gerät. Details: Datenschutzerklärung.
Einen Export-Knopf gibt es in der App noch nicht. Schreib an ben@gamechest.games, dann schicken wir dir eine Kopie der zu deinem Konto gespeicherten Daten.
Tippe in Safari oder einer anderen App auf Teilen → GameChest → In GameChest sichern. Öffne GameChest und prüfe den Fund in deinem Eingang. Mit Konto löst GameChest den Link auf; in der Demo suchst du das Spiel oder trägst es selbst ein.
Nur um einen Barcode oder den Text auf einem Cover oder Screenshot zu lesen. Das passiert auf deinem Gerät; das Bild wird nicht hochgeladen. Du kannst den Namen jederzeit auch eintippen.
